Twin Cities Periodontics in St. Louis Park, MN is looking to add a Part Time Front Desk Receptionist; M-F from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. With five periodontists currently practicing, this is a fast paced environment with a strong "teamwork" approach. The right candidate will be passionate about patient care, able to multitask and prioritize tasks, detail oriented, demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, proficient on the computer and have excellent communication and phone etiquette while demonstrating excellent patient customer service.

The responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited, to the following duties:

· welcome and greet patients as they arrive for their appointments

· assist with answering multiple phone lines

· assist patients when "checking in" and "checking out" of the office while adhering to proper protocols for both

· schedule new patient exams and post-operative exams

· liaison for the doctors, referring offices and patients

· enter patient insurance information and coordinate with insurance companies and attach claims

· truly enjoys and takes pride coming to work each day representing TCP and helping to create a wonderful experience for our amazing patients with a smile!

This position is PART TIME M-F from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm and eligible for part time benefits. We are excited for you to apply and look forward to hearing from you!
