Velvet Waxing Studio is looking for a responsible, friendly, and hard-working receptionist with excellent customer service skills. They must be able to work weekends and evenings. Our receptionists' duties include: opening and closing the studio, greeting customers and taking payment for their services, understanding and using the computer scheduling system to execute appointment needs, taking phone calls, maintaining cleanliness and order within the studio, and daily chores (laundry, making hot towels, cutting wax strips, etc.). We highly value everyone in our team here at Velvet Waxing Studio and offer our receptionists complementary waxing and a flexible, accommodating schedule. We are looking for someone who is available to work part-time with both day shifts and night shifts (ending at 8pm), roughly 12-15 hours per week.

Need to be available for

• Friday 8:30am - 3:00pm

• Saturdays 8:30am- 3:00pm
• at least 1-2 Saturday shift per month, rotating with other receptionists

Required Skills

• Past experience as a receptionist, or other customer service roles preferred
• Professional, outgoing, and fun customer service attitude
• Solid communication skills

MONDAY 9AM-3PM

TUESDAY-THURSDAY 9AM-8PM

FRIDAY 9AM-3PM

SATURDAY 9AM-3PM

SUNDAY CLOSED

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Weekend availability
