Hello! We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and caring receptionist and insurance specialist at a brand-new, high-tech oral surgery practice in Brea, CA. All of our equipment is new and state of the art. Dr. Laura Pashkowsky aims to provide a relaxed, clean, spa like environment for our patients and staff.

Hours are M, W, F 6:30am-3:30pm; T 7am-4pm

*** You must have experience with dental insurance***

Job Duties:

- Warmly welcome our patients

- Cater to patient needs

- Answering phones

- Patient scheduling

- Calling patients, appointment reminders, and providing basic instructions to patients

- Confirming insurance eligibility

- Collecting copay

- Assisting with insurance claims

- Managing patient accounts, generate account reports

- Potential to assist with marketing and social networking

- Input data into EMR

- Stock/order supplies

- Occasionally assist with back office duties

- Must be reliable and on time

- Must be organized and clean

Flexible hours available! We offer part-time, full-time, and alternative work week hours. We will start the work day as early as 6:30am and will finish in the afternoon so you get to enjoy the sunshine, go to kids school/sporting events, and have time to enjoy your hobbies.

Compensation based on experience $20-24/hr. Quarterly bonuses.
