RH is seeking a Front Office Associate to be responsible for the overall guest arrival and departure experiences.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all guests arriving and departing are greeted in a professional and courteous manner

• Responsible for all check-in/out procedures

• Ensure the highest level of privacy, security and safety for all associates and guests

• Answer calls and guest inquiries

• Ensure all guest interactions are personable and professional

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of previous experience working in a luxury hotel environment or similar role

• Strong communicator with attention to detail, excellent planning and organization skills

• Good judgment and clear thinking in order to resolve problems when they arise ensuring guest satisfaction

• Luxury hospitality experience strongly preferred

• Flexibility to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and overnight

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Sustained standing, walking, bending, stooping for extended periods of time

• This position requires working indoors and outdoor, in various climates

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour
