Career Opportunity: Full-Time Front Office Assistant
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual. A Front Office Assistant handles inbound/outbound calls, greets clients, scheduling/calendar, and additional front desk duties as assigned. The Front Office Assistant also performs routine support work and clerical tasks related to case files.

Job Requirements:
· Bilingual (Spanish/English)
· Attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills
· Minimum one-year customer service experience
· Typing skills (no finger poking)
· Professional phone etiquette
· Must have strong computer skills along with the ability to learn software applications
· The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to effectively prioritize and work on multiple projects.
· Must consistently follow through and follow-up, demonstrate compassion, have a positive attitude, be motivated, and be a self-starter
· Punctual
Responsibilities include:
- Inbound/Outbound Calls
- Calendar/Schedulingof attorney and firm events and deadlines
- Customer Care in Office (cleanliness, hospitality)
- Clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Draft correspondence and other formal documents
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour DOE
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime available
**24 hours sick time
Supplemental pay types:
- Quarterly Reviews/Bonuses
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Associated Degree or higher (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year
