The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting incoming customers, answering phones, scheduling appointments and refreshments. Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and provide customer service.
- Answer visitors' questions.
- Greet visitors to the facility.
- Provide information on resources offered by the organization.
- Answer administrative questions and requests.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Handle customer service complaints.
- Maintain customer records.
- Manage the facility's web content.
