Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in outbound product management, or other technical or product related roles.
  • 3 years of experience in building and shipping technical products.
  • Experience driving product direction, Go-To-Market strategy, and design using data.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • 12 years of experience in collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/UI, Research, Sales, Finance, Legal, and other product development and Go-To-Market stakeholders.
  • Experience operating in a global role/on a global scale.
  • Experience working in B2B, EdTech, or as an educator.
  • Outstanding narrative and storytelling skills.

About the job

As a Group Product Manager, you will work horizontally across a wide area of products and features that impact education users around the world. In this role, you will prioritize and define opportunities to better fit our Workspace services to the education segment, support our customers and partners, and solve Go-To-Market and business growth challenges. You will also explore early stage product opportunities.


The US base salary range for this full-time position is $194,000-$292,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize critical gaps across products. Define solution requirements with high-quality Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) based on customer and partner discussions, market and competitor understanding, and how our products can be adapted to solve for customer needs.
  • Partner closely with product management across Workspace and Education Program Management, Product Marketing, and Go-To-Market teams.
  • Guide Workspace launches throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
  • Be a trusted advisor and product expert for large/strategic customers in partnership with Sales. Build and maintain customer and Go-To-Market relationships to infuse education customer and segment insights into product development across Workspace.
  • Gather customer insights and feedback, and infuse the learning back into the organization and product area roadmap.
