Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Growth Marketing Analyst to drive reporting needs and projects. This role needs a detail-oriented, analytical, strategic, and creative thinker who has a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. This candidate will be analyzing data and providing guidance to the marketing team with actionable insights to help optimize campaigns and media budgets.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to help determine measurable KPI metrics, build custom reports, and collaborate with different team members. The right candidate will be excited about meeting aggressive goals and staying on top of a quickly evolving ad landscape.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards that stakeholders in the marketing team will use on a daily basis; seek opportunities for continual improvement of reporting infrastructure within the team.
- Run ongoing and ad hoc analyses and reports to support the paid media team.
- Lead discussions on short/long term forecasts based on current and historical performance KPI trends; communicate to the team on any risk/opportunity based on a forecast.
- Manage and pace monthly budgets on a routine basis to ensure efficient delivery of advertising spend and recommend any adjustments.
- Provide insights and recommendations into campaign-level performance using external data sources to the paid marketing team.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to discuss findings and strategies to improve channel/campaign performance.
- Work strategically with other departments to develop a promotional calendar to ensure high-level order and revenue goals are met.
What You'll Need to Have:
Required:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working on an analytics-driven role within an organization.
- Knowledge in various paid media platforms such as Facebook, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, and other media platforms.
- Strong ability in analyzing marketing channel performance, evaluating marketing KPIs, demand forecast modeling, and financial budgeting.
- Complex problem-solving skills and ability to work with large amounts of data. Ability to use data to produce insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficiency in GoogleSuite Products (Google Analytics, Google Sheets)
- Good communication skills and the ability to present data in a meaningful way.
- Team player, hard-working, organized, and goal-oriented.
Preferred:
- Excitement for start-ups and building from the ground up
- Experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence/data visualization tools is a plus
- Experience working with another direct-to-consumer and/or retail brand
- $75,000-$85,000 per year
- Annual bonus percentage is dependent on level of role
