Job Description:

Lead Program Evaluator,

Office of Primary Prevention, Tennessee Department of Health

The Lead Program Evaluator is located within the Office of Primary Prevention and works closely with the office’s Grants Manager,

internal partners, and academic partners to conduct evaluation, monitoring, and reporting for the CDC Public Health Infrastructure Grant,

including: developing an evaluation plan; creating and managing an online data collection system to track grant performance metrics;

create progress and data reports for the funder, project staff, and department of health leadership as requested,

and provide other grant evaluation and data analysis support as requested.

The evaluator works under general supervision with a significant degree of creativity and latitude. This position works within a team-based environment.

This position reports to and directly assists the Office of Primary Prevention Grants Manager and

internal partners to complete regular reports to the funder and works closely with project team members and external stakeholders

on the development of performance metrics and implementation of data collection and reporting.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: Up to $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Program Monitor OR Health data OR business analyst (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Epic Certification (Preferred)
