Job description

We're looking for an organized and responsible individual to assist us with the upkeep of our house. We need help with organizing and coordinating day-to-day living, including meal preparation and ensuring that appropriate cleaning activities are completed. We're looking for someone who takes pride in helping us maintain a beautiful home, someone who is resourceful and proactive about helping us keep our home clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate staff schedules with home owners.
• Schedule work between qualified personnel.
• Confirm that all jobs are completed according to quality standards.
• Coordinate scheduling and supervision of outside contractors.
• Set up meetings with clients and coordinate landscaping services.
• Provide customer service and oversee the maintenance of the grounds.
• Manage staff payroll and employee evaluations.
• Manage company accounts, organize receipts and invoices, purchase materials, schedule work orders, and coordinate employee vacation schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
