Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Leader, Quality / Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Deliver (New Consumer Health Company). This position will be located in Skillman, NJ.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. It is anticipated that, following the conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with New Consumer Health. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes.
Job Description:
The HR Leader, Quality / EH&S and Deliver will be responsible for the creation and deployment of HR work in the United States of America in support of sector and function goals. The HR Leader Quality / EH&S and Deliver will actively support their business partners and drive important people/talent actions for their respective businesses.
The HR Leader, Quality / EH&S and Deliver will directly report to the Head of the HR Supply Chain. The HR Leader Quality / EH&S and Deliver will be a key advisor to the Quality corporate function, specifically on EH&S and Deliver matters, and be the key liaison for HR to create and implement best innovation practices to the business in the US aligned with HR, the business, and shared services strategies. This role will ensure the integration of HR priorities into business plans and evaluate the appropriate business, financial, or other drivers across groups to inform HR solutions (e.g., assess effectiveness, and identify gaps). The HR Leader Quality / EH&S and Deliver will work with the Head of the HR Supply Chain to advise on the strategic HR work for the Supply Chain corporate function in the US in support of business goals, enterprise goals, and HR strategies. The role will develop trusted partnership/coaching relationship with leaders/teams that enhances their impact.
The HR Leader Quality / EH&S and Deliver will identify the talent needs of the corporate functions via analytics, business acumen, and effective analysis and develop/deploy talent strategies in partnership with local leadership to grow and advance effective, diverse talent pools and drive meaningful talent planning to build on global strategies. The role will partner with global-sector, region-sector, and country/cluster HR leaders to shape culture, employee engagement, talent agendas, and change initiatives as appropriate.
The HR Leader Quality / EH&S and Deliver will collaborate with the functions on initiatives/goals that apply globally and proactively identify opportunities to ensure integration of efforts between HR and the corporate functions of the organization.
This position will be located in the United States of America and require 5-10% travel.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years of professional experience required
- A minimum of 2 years of HR or HR-related experience
- Ability and willingness to travel 5-10% of the time
