Sharetec is looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team!
In this role, you will partner with credit union clients to complete product implementations including system setups and training, while providing a best in class customer experience.
This is a full-time, exempt position based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Remote work is also a possibility. Starting annual salary is $42k and is commensurate with experience.

As an Implementation Specialist, you will:
- Complete assigned tasks by project due dates
- Conduct virtual learning experiences to familiarize clients with Sharetec add-on products.
- Work together with the client to troubleshoot software related needs that occur as a result of implementation.
- Work collaboratively with team members from across the Sharetec platform.
You should have:
- Required: Associates Degree or higher in related field, or related work experience
- Preferred: 2+ years direct client functions in the financial services industry.
- Experience working with customer stakeholders to deliver project requirements
- Experience juggling multiple tasks with varying due dates.
- Passion for creating high quality user experiences
- · Ownership mentality and ability to handle projects through to completion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eagle eye for accuracy
- Solution focused with a “Can Do” mentality
