- Responsible for the entry of Warehouse and Distribution Center inventory transactions into SAP
- Liaison between our 3PLs and Corporate
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for the entry of warehouse inventory transactions into SAP
- Entry of inbound shipments and corresponding receipts sent by the 3PLs
- Allocate available inventory to customer orders and release orders to 3PL WMS
- Resupply research on shortages to reach max fill rate on customer orders
- Process shipment confirmations and monitor shipment EDIs/ASNs
- Maintain an accurate online file system for external company manufacture inbound receipts
- Work with IC, Order Management, Finance, Customer Ops, & 3PLs to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Work with Order Management, Planning, and Transportation to increase order fill rate opportunities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma
- 1 year of experience within a Warehouse or Distribution Center environment
- Understand the flow of shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Basic computer skills, including general knowledge of MS Office applications
- Problem solver who can take initiative and set priorities while being flexible
- Self-starter with good organization skills and good time management
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- SAP experience
- Data entry experience
- Knowledge and/or experience working with 3PLs
