Position Summary

Responsible for performing highly diversified Industrial, electrical, automation duties to install, troubleshoot and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, preventive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the sites business goals and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced Knowledge of VFD programing and setup, (Siemens, Allen Bradly, ABB)
• Knowledge of power distribution system switching HMI/PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
• Advanced Knowledge of Servo motors, controls, setup
• Robotics, programing, remastering (Fanuc, Columbia Okura)
• Advanced Engineering Knowledge of Industrial electrical, motor starters, overloads, power supplies, (24v, 110v, 480 control power)
• Ability and Knowledge to safely work on high voltage above ___KV
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Electrical Troubleshooting Skills
• Ability to read, understand and apply information from technical manuals, prints, and schematics for trouble shooting and repair
• Must be able to read and understand electrical drawings, schematics
• 5 years industrial electrical installation/repair/maintenance/ work experience, or a combination of 5 years with completion of an electrical trade school in an industrial environment
• Completion of an apprenticeship/work experience
• 2 years manufacturing maintenance experience
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, rotating shifts and both scheduled and unscheduled overtime as business needs dictate

Preferred Qualifications:

· Fabrication skills

· Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills

· Solid Works, AutoCAD

· Computer Maintenance Management Systems

· Bilingual- Spanish Speaking a plus

· Network Communications, Ethernet /IP communications
