Morrison Mahoney LLP seeks insurance defense civil litigation attorneys for its Hartford, Connecticut office.

Requirements:

Experience in the following practice areas:

• Commercial litigation
• Employment claims
• General Tort litigation
• Insurance coverage disputes
• Legal Malpractice defense
• Medical Malpractice defense
• Professional and Product Liability defense

Qualifications:

• Admission to the Connecticut State Bar, or sufficient UBE score to be admitted to the jurisdictions.
• 1 to 8 years of civil litigation and appeals experience (maximum).
• Clerkship experience is a plus.

Our Firm is committed to training our litigation associates. The ideal candidates should possess strong analytical aptitude and superior research and writing skills, have the ability to effectively communicate, be goal-oriented and self‑motivated. This role provides an excellent opportunity for associates looking for deposition experience and who want to further hone their litigation skills in the courtroom.

Salary Range: $105K - $130K
