The Job:

• Receive and review incoming referrals.
• Identify and evaluate patient needs and appropriateness of home care by reviewing the initial intake screening form before assignment of direct care staff.
• Answer phones, receive all intake information and enter the appropriate information in the computer.
• Verify medical insurance coverage and benefits
• Confer with Director of Clinical Services on problems and complaints

The Requirements:

• LPN license preferred (hourly negotiable with license)
• One or more years of experience in a community/home health agency setting
• AHCA Level II Background Screening
• Wellsky (formerly Kinnser) software knowledge preferred
• Familiarity with NAVI Health and AllScripts preferred

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
