Speedway is immediately hiring a Boomi Architect Advanced - IT. Speedway is looking to grow its Integration Services team with an experienced software developer that has experience developing integration solutions using integration software such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica or other similar software packages. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external partners to gather user requirements, develop a solution design, implement, test, deploy and support the software delivered to meet the business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement integration projects on-time, on-budget, and in a way, that accomplishes customer goals.
• Design, development and deployment of Integration solutions for Cloud, On-Premises, and Hybrid scenarios.
• Define process interfaces, data models, and integration points across disparate, complex cloud applications.
• Document designs and use Boomi iPaaS platform to develop integration processes.
• Administer Boomi platform including: User & Security Management, Deployment, Process logging and reporting.
• Define and implement best practices for integrations.
• Define version control procedures and assist in managing all environments and code releases on each.
• Participate in requirements, design and development reviews.
• Manage and perform scheduled Boomi software updates and maintenance
• Boomi Server Administration – to apply required Boomi server Windows OS updates
• Escalates technical issues to senior leadership as needed along with insight on recommended resolutions
• Maintains and builds relationships across business groups
• Collaborates with IT project stakeholders in the development and evaluation of EA–compliant technical solutions
• Provides consultation and strategic guidance to clients and other senior staff in addressing complex, enterprise–level systems engineering and technical integration challenges
• Engages and manages strong business relationships with stakeholders to ensure high levels of service, response, driving the overall success of business and technical strategies
• Establishes and conducts all operations for full-service consulting and manage technical services to translate business requirements into innovative solutions
• Constructs and supports technical teams in investigating, analyzing, defining, designing and implementing technology solutions to create greater alignment between technology and business goals
• Provides guidance to the technical team and promotes continuous improvement to help the technical team increase productivity and foster innovation
• Encourages open lines of communication between all team members; facilitates discussions and resolves conflicts accordingly
• Mentors senior technical staff and provides support as an escalation point for critical technical issues
• Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by Management

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent education and experience

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of Integration Experience.
• 1+ years of building integrations using Boomi as the iPaaS solution.
• Experience developing with Groovy/Java Script languages.
• Experience designing public and private enterprise secure services using REST based APIs.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Adept and proactive at problem-solving.
• Experience working with XML, JSON, and CSV File formats
• Experience developing EDI Document integrations is a plus
• Previous experience as a collaborative technical leader preferred
• Previous experience with developing solution architecture and conceptual and logical system design for large–scale programs and projects preferred

Skill Requirements:

• Knowledge of Security, Logging, Auditing, Policy Management and Performance Monitoring and KPI for end-to-end flow execution.
• Knowledge and experience with other integration software such as MuleSoft & Informatica is a plus.
• Windows or Linux Server Administration
• Possesses leadership skills
• Demonstrated expertise with Word, Excel, and other MS Office suite applications
• Proficient in all aspects of programming and appropriate computer platforms
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to research, troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and track multiple projects concurrently
• Well organized with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good understanding of intra-department functions and operations
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
