Internet LAN Center Accountant/ Bookkeeper

Dash It, Inc. Awaken Esports is partnering up with a National Company headquartered in Los Angeles, CA. We are creating an indoor laser tag, Airsoft, Nerf, Arrow Tag, and PC lounge in San Antonio, TX.

We feature all the most popular games for both PC and game consoles. Our small, but family-oriented environment enables us to cater to our customer needs and be flexible enough to get things done. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic individuals with a , super positive attitude, and upbeat personality.

Position: Entry Level Accountant/ Bookkeeper (Full Time)

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Owner, the position will provide basic accounting services as well as act as general support to the organization. Quickbooks experience appreciated! Your daily duties will include, but not be limited to:

-Bank Deposits
-Bank Reconciliations
-Process monthly and weekly bills and other payables
-Assist in the bi-weekly payroll process
-Supervise entry level staff in handling payments and recording sales
-Assist the owner in making sure staff if following good operating procedures while encouraging a fun environment.
-Other special projects as needed.

Essentials:

-A strong aptitude in basic accounting/bookkeeping.
-Able to manage yourself independently while exhibiting good decision making.
-Energetic, fun and excellent people skills.
-Familiarity with internet gaming
-Reliable transportation

Experience:

The candidate will have worked in an office or business setting previously. Perfect for a recent college graduate, college student with a light load or a sharp energetic person. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to operate in a startup organization while keeping a professional and fun attitude.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
