Interview: Manager is hiring off resume, so no interview process.

Why is this position open? How is it impacting the business?

• High backlog of work orders in our queue.

Day-to-day responsibilities look like:

• The project will entail working from a queue of work orders
• Communicating with both clients, payroll providers and internal team members.
• Setup and maintain payroll data integration from payroll files sent by the client and make sure they integrate properly with our systems.
• Responsibilities will include learning how to review test files, maintain a queue of 40-60 work orders at any given time, communication with client, payroll provider, and internal customers.

What technologies or systems will this contingent worker be utilizing?

• Salesforce, Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel

If a candidate does not have all the technologies listed, would there be technologies you would consider “similar” and/or “transferable” for this position?

• Salesforce is a work queueing and communication system – there are others out there such as GEM or Fusion
