As a member of the Salesforce Platform team at client, the Engagement Manager will act as a trusted advisor to our internal customers. This role will serve as an advocate to ensure a positive experience with the platform and services offered while working directly with customers to resolve any issues they may be having. In addition, the EM will help our customers achieve business value by putting the customer’s needs first and providing continuous support throughout their journey. This position requires excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills paired with a creative mindset

3. Highly organized, strong written and verbal communication (sales and customer support background can be helpful but please note this is not a sales role)
