- Change Management Coordination for product design changes to HVAC components
- Local industrialization of HVAC product BOM’s to plant BOM’s
- A-release and BOM control for new product launches, change management to existing BOM’s
- Management of SAP workflow tasks for new product production master data set up
- SAP setup and BOM structure for HVAC Service parts
- SAP master data setups for in house injection molded components
- SAP Just In Sequence (JIS) management for current production sequenced HVAC lines
- Coordination of trial production builds and pre-production small lot builds
- Coordination of customer prototype production orders
- Assist product design team with plant trials for potential design changes
- Assist with new product launch activities for HVAC lines (zero defect launch process)
- Participate in CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) events, responsible for at least three savings projects in a year.
- Coordination of prototype and pre-production material to customers or Mahle entities.
- Able to issue PO requests and follow up until material is delivered to the plant.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited four-year college.
- 2 to 4 years of related experience and/or training.
- Dynamic communication / inter-personal skills.
- Highly organized and possess good decision-making and problem solving skills.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Exemplary written and verbal communications skills.
- Intermediate computer skills, knowledge and experience of SAP, MS Office and Lotus Notes.
