For over 45 years, Ables Landscapes has been creating beautiful outdoor living spaces for high-end residential homes in the Lowcountry by providing high-end Design, Build, and Maintenance services. Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, goal-oriented, and experienced individual to fulfill the role of crew member. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, outgoing, has strong communication and time management skills and has an eye for detail and quality.

Here’s what you’d do:

• Work alongside and assist foreman and Crew Leaders to facilitate production.
• Load equipment and tools each day with team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work truck.
• Communicate effectively with the appropriate supervisors in a way that fosters growth and development.
• Coordinate daily tasks with Crew Leaders and Foremen
• Create, foster, and maintain relationships with customers.

What a winning Ables Landscapes Crew Member would look like:

• A desire to create beautiful spaces by providing landscaping services on high end residential properties in the Charleston area from Edisto Island to Sullivan's Island.
• The ability to effectively utilize equipment and tools to install hardscapes and lighting, irrigation, planting, and grading.
• Eagerness to work closely with and learn from a project manager and/or supervisor to complete the vision of projects from pool decks to patios and everything in between.
• Passionate about creating, fostering, and sustaining relationships with customers.
• The ability to work on a team, learn quickly, and has great time management skills.

• You have strong knowledge of aspects of the green industry including but not limited to hardscapes, plant knowledge and identification, and irrigation.

• Have a Driver’s License
• At least 2 years of horticulture and installation experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
