KeyServ Company is a platform established in December of 2021 to invest in the residential and commercial landscape services markets. With the goal of creating a super-regional full-service landscape company serving customers in the residential, commercial, and public space verticals throughout the Southeastern United States. Three initial acquisitions were completed in December of 2021 and serve as the foundation for the new platform company. Due to our growth and expansion, we are in need of an Outdoor Lighting Designer in the Fernandino Beach, FL area to compliment the services we provide. This individual will oversee the design and installation of low voltage outdoor lighting systems in residential and commercial settings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop proposals, prepare estimates, and close on sales
- Maintain communication with customer and ensure quality and consistency
- Cost estimates, scope of work, specifications
- Meet with clients to determine needs and requirements
- Cross sell landscape and maintenance services
- Regularly presenting design work to various decision-makers
- Knowledge of architectural and landscape lighting
- Low voltage lighting for hard and softscapes
Qualifications
- Adequate landscape lighting experience in installation, maintenance and repairs
- Ability to speak with clients regarding lighting design and requests
- Ability to troubleshoot scenarios with builders
- Create lighting repair and installations estimates and budgets
- Valid and current drivers license
