Job description

Compassion Health Care is seeking a full time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (would also consider LMFT) for the position of Behavioral Health Clinician at James Austin Medical Center and Caswell Family Medical Center. This individual will work to provide behavioral health services to patients of all ages and socio-economic status, and provide outreach and education. Substance use experience a plus.

Requirements:

Masters degree in Social Work or similar required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop professional relationships are required. The ideal candidate will be licensed as an LCSW in North Carolina and familiar with eClinicalWorks EMR system.

Must demonstrate the ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with patients, their families and team members. Must be able to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds to reduce cultural and socio-economic barriers to care.
