Position: Lead/Certified Teacher (Primary/Preschool/Pre-K)

We are seeking a hands-on classroom leader, experienced with caring and teaching in the infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms, and creating a high-quality classroom culture.

Qualifications:

EEC Certified Infant/Toddler or Preschool Teacher, a Four-year degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development or related field with at least one year full-time teaching experience with a group of children.

Must show good leadership skills and the ability to relate well to children and adults, including parents, staff members, and visitors. Must be able to accept differences in style and personality among teachers and children. Must have the ability to supervise one or more assistant teachers. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must have the ability to internalize and act upon suggestions and requirements imposed by Management Team. Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English. Fluency in other languages is a plus.

• Completed satisfactory health and immunization form as per Massachusetts EEC regulations (physical examination signed by a physician within one year prior to the employment start date and record of measles, mumps, and rubella immunization)
• Clearance from Background Record Check (CORI, SORI, DCF, and Fingerprint)
• Transcripts (student copy or official copy should be noted which is acceptable or required)
• Certifications and diplomas
• Reference check from three (3) sources. Only one (1) may be a personal reference.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
