ZM Management is looking for a, energetic, outgoing self-motivated Leasing Consultant to work at a New Construction Apartment Complex in St Peters Mo. Candidate must have great customer service skills, good work ethic, positive attitude, and ideally 1 + years of experience in Customer Service or similar industry.

The Leasing Consultant’s primary responsibilities are to

,

• Answer incoming telephone calls

• Leasing, show and lease apartments to prospective residents,
• Meet monthly, quarterly and occupancy goals

• Market the community to the local area and on social media to build awareness.
• Create work orders from existing tenants for maintenance staff
• Rent collections as needed, and office administration
• Handle administrative reports and paperwork for leasing
• Insure the model and vacant apartments are ready for showing.

• Develop and maintain an on-going resident retention program under direction of Property Manager.
• Develop full knowledge of application information required, screening processes and policies regarding rentals

• Assists with scheduling, organizing, and hosting tenant function
• Ensure follow up activities take place for all prospective resident
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• This is not an all comprehensive list there maybe other duties required by management.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
