About this Job:

Responsibilities:

• Assist with monitoring of medication care administration.
• Records medical history accurately.
• Communication with client support services and families.
• Provides nursing care and monitoring of detox clients.
• Monitoring and documentation of client vital signs.
• Providing nursing assessments and consultation.
• Day-to-day oversight of CMT and Program Monitors.

• Computer skills sufficient to access email, internet, and to document in client’s medical record.
