The Heyl Group is a National Expansion Team based out of Austin, TX with one of its largest expansions in the greater Dallas area, and is one of the top 5 KW Real Estate teams on the planet. Our method is simple - train a small team of elite real estate agents to handle a large amount of real estate leads with access to leverage. Our mission is to transform lives through homeownership, and that includes the agents on our team. The Heyl Group is looking to hire two to three more Listing Specialists in 2023, as we have more opportunities and leads than we can currently serve at a high level. Opportunity and Tools:

  • 1:1 weekly training from industry leading coach and mentor
  • Personal Transaction Management support
  • Team Proved Leverage (ie. photos, visual consultant, signs and lock boxes)

Agent Expectations:

  • Agents will be responsible for following up with seller leads, converting leads to appointments and close appointments to agreements
  • Attend continuing education on the evolving real estate market.
  • Ability to use or quickly learn Google Apps/Calendar, Salesforce, MLS, and other technologies as needed.
  • Accurately present The Heyl Group’s unique value proposition to prospective clients and utilize partner services.
  • Attend weekly huddles and script practice training until proficient in lead conversion.

Requirements:

  • REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED
  • Completion of Personality Assessment (link will be sent after applying)

  • Passion for people and a fast paced environment.
  • Must be willing to work 35-45 hours per week, including some nights and weekends.
  • 1-2 years Sales experience preferred
