Litigation Associate Attorney

Litigation Associate Attorney (0-6 years) - Salinas Law Group, a Professional Negligence Defense Firm in Fresno, California is seeking a litigation associate with 0-6 years of experience. Applicants should possess excellent academic credentials and must have outstanding analytical and communication skills as client contact will be frequent. Associates interact directly with clients in different aspects of the case.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Drafting Pleadings

· Legal Research

· Attending Court Hearings

· Draft Correspondence to Clients

· Coordinate Discovery with Clients

· Take and Defend Depositions

· Trial Preparation
