Hiring the following positions:

Position Summary for Manager in Training:

Super Star Car Wash is looking for candidates with experience in leadership or management with a desire to lead a team of others. Our Manager in Training program is designed to develop individuals to become our next Store Managers. You will learn every aspect of the Car Wash. As you progress through your training, you will take on more responsibilities; developing the skills required to fully lead the day-to-day operations. Eventually you will become responsible for the overall operation and profitability of the car wash and profit centers within an individual Super Star Car Wash location.

Much of the workday is spent outdoors, overseeing facility operations, working with associates and building customer relationships. Additional time will be required to complete administrative tasks and monitor sales and labor data generated by the facility POS system.

Position Summary for Sales Representative:

**No Sales Experience Needed, we will train high energy individuals that are willing to learn and earn up to $20-$25 an hour when hourly and commissions are combined

As a Sales Representative, you will be engaging with everyone coming into location to purchase a wash. During this time with the customer, you will be discovering their needs by asking qualifying questions and recommending solutions for the customers to receive the best wash. Along, with upselling our unlimited plans with the customer for future savings and time. If you are an induvial looking to make competitive money and have the possibilities going into a leadership role this is the job for you!

Here at Super Star Car Wash we are looking for self-motivated people looking for success while making a competitive sales commission plus their hourly rate.

Position Summary for Car Wash Associate:

The Car Wash Associate has overall responsibility for preparing, directing, loading vehicles into wash tunnel, and wiping down vehicles. Must have the ability to anticipate customer needs, build relationships and ensure safety guidelines. An individual is required to multi-task and adjust to the workings of a transitional weather environment.
