Job description
Leading electrical & architectural sign company Tube Art Group is looking to fill a variety of positions in our Yakima Manufacturing Facility, including Metal Fabrication, Vinyl Layout and Painters.
You will be part of a fast-paced department tasked with building custom made signage and will be required to perform a wide variety of duties. This is a great chance for a person with excellent attendance, a positive attitude and great work ethic to join one of the largest and most established sign companies in the Northwest!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Work as part of a team at the direction of the department lead to complete jobs on time
· Read and understand shop drawings
· Create various sign components using a wide variety of methods and tools
· Perform quality reviews of assembled product
· Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Skills and qualifications
· Prior experience in either METAL FABRICATION, VINYL LAYOUT OR PAINTING REQUIRED
· Prior experience in sign industry PREFERRED
· Able to accurately read and use a tape measure
· Strong attention to detail and quality
· Self-driven, focused, highly organized and dependable
· Able to perform effectively with limited supervision
· Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
· Must possess a positive can-do attitude
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
· Must be a team player
· Must successfully pass background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
