We at Marion Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Creative Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in photography as well as a background in the automotive industry. Social media experience is a plus.

The Digital Marketing Assistant will take photos of vehicles on the lot to support online sales efforts. Responsibilities will include taking quality digital photographs of vehicles, capturing details about each vehicle including make, model, options, mileage, color and any other relevant information, staging and shooting photos and videos of automobiles on the lot, and using company-provided equipment and best practices. The ideal candidate must possess a valid driver’s license, appropriate vehicle insurance, and a clean driving record.

We are looking for a self-starter who demonstrates an eye for detail, has a fun personality, is a team player, can work independently with very little oversight, is able to take direction and accept constructive criticism, and has a strong work ethic. Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of cars and an ability to identify features and options
• Team player – Able to work effectively as part of The Creative Team at Marion Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
• Auto dealership experience is a plus
• Social Media experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Must provide your own dependable transportation

Responsibilities

• Taking photographs of inventory in a timely fashion.
• Being conscious of speed to market and the importance of quality photos.
• Managing time and tracking productivity levels.
• Capturing details about each vehicle including make, model, options, mileage, color and any other relevant information.
• Staging and shooting photos and videos of automobiles on the lot.
• Using company-provided equipment and best practices.
• Uploading photos to inventory management software.
• Placing tags and Buyer Guides on vehicles.
• Navigating different types of computer software.
• Driving various types of vehicles.
• Demonstrates an eye for detail
• Every picture is choreographed and will be shot the same
• Is a self-starter and can work independently with little oversight
• Will demonstrate a strong work ethic
• Has a fun personality
• Takes directions & accepts constructive criticism well
• Approximate work week a 40 hours
