The Nasdaq Listings Marketing team is hiring a Listings Client Marketing and Finance Coordinator to help support our Global Listings business, focused on managing and executing cobranded marketing campaigns and initiatives on behalf of our clients. Based at Nasdaq MarketSite in New York City, the role will be responsible for helping Nasdaq-listed companies leverage our issuer event and marketing services as a key role supporting the Listings team in the Corporate Platforms business unit. Additionally, the contract worker will be responsible for tracking and reporting our execution of these services, ranging from summary presentations of the events and campaigns, to managing billing, invoicing, and payments associated with the event and campaign activities.
Key elements of the role include experience performing budget management in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders around listed client and marketing programs with these clients sponsored by Nasdaq. The candidate will also be required to manage advertising media billing and invoicing, liaise with outside event, marketing/advertising media vendors, initiate and track purchase orders, manage invoicing and payments processing for client events and sponsored marketing activities, and report to internal partners on budget utilization and forecasting. The candidate will also be responsible for the execution of cobranded live webinars for Nasdaq-listed clients.

Skills Required
- Project management responsibilities with both internal and external parties
- Comfort performing data analysis and navigating Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with budget tracking and reporting
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and managing billing and invoicing
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail

- Experience executing live webinars is a plus.
- Serve as finance project coordinator for Nasdaq’s Listings business associated with issuer event activities and co-branded marketing and advertising.
- Serve as marketing project manager in collaborating with Nasdaq’s, marketing Listings team and other departments/teams in executing marketing campaigns that feature Nasdaq-listed clients.
- Manage, design and implement processes and procedures to ensure seamless budget & activity tracking of listed client related events & marketing programs.
- Work closely with Nasdaq’s listed clients, vendors, and marketing communications team members based in different regions as well as finance team.
- Liaise with Nasdaq’s Listings account directors, as well as Nasdaq marketing, events and communications contacts to understand client objectives.
- Track marketing and event budgets for co-branded client projects to ensure programs are executed within budget.
- Track event and marketing program activity utilization and support the development of platforms to track these activities in a holistic way.
- Support project-related billing and invoicing.
- Support the execution of cobranded live webinars.
- Provide updates to internal finance team, marketing and Listings management teams.
- Ensure timely communications, implementation and delivery of all materials necessary to support supplier procurement, purchase order requisitions, budget tracking, vendor invoicing and payments processing.
- Liaise with Nasdaq-listed clients around their event and marketing plans and interact with event-related vendors, address inquiries related to event budget payments and reimbursements. Attend recurring client meetings leading up to their events.
- Work with marketing/media vendors to support the marketing with Nasdaq sponsored marketing and advertising activities with key clients and new listings on Nasdaq.
- Support the marketing team with developing plans to market the case studies through Nasdaq’s digital channels.
