Job Summary
Xpress Pediatrics is searching for a motivated, dependable, and energetic Medical Assistant to be a part of a team that offers “child-centered, convenient, compassionate care from birth through college.” Meticulous attention to detail is required. Strong organization and interpersonal skills are a must.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Rooming patients to include obtaining vitals, patient history, and reason for seeking care
- Answer nurse’s line and process messages left on nurse’s voicemail
- Specimen collection
- Answering phone and scheduling appointments, as needed
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
Must have Medical Assistant Certification and current CPR Certification:
Medical Assistant experience, pediatric or urgent care experience
