Job description
Remote Work - Full Time Positions. Position is responsible for aging account balances and resolving claim issues with insurance and/or patient for assigned A/R. This includes denied claim follow-up, appealing denials, submitting corrected claims and providing medical documents for medical necessity.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to handle high volume claims/phone calls and be able to multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities. Must be able to work in a team environment and demonstrate ability to work in a cooperative manner to maintain effective working relationships with management, co-workers, customers and carriers.
Job Training will be completed on site at our Raleigh and Garner offices.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
