Medical Doctor/Supervising Physician

QC Kinetix is excited to announce a job opportunity for a Medical Doctor/Supervising Physician within our organization. We specialize in the use of regenerative medicine to treat arthritis, sports related injuries, and chronic joint pain. We are looking for an Medical Doctor to act as a supervising doctor and perform bone marrow procedures for our clinic in Southaven, Mississippi. This position is a permanent part-time role and perfect for a highly qualified MD or DO looking for additional income and competitive pay.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice medicine in Mississippi.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Ability to interact with staff in a team environment.
• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
• Knowledge of current principles, methods, and procedures for the delivery of medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment in area of expertise.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides and manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and bone marrow procedures for a specified patient population. Training for bone marrow procedures is provided.
• Directs, coordinates, and oversees patient care within a defined clinical QC Kinetix practice location; provides supervision, mentoring, training, and development to clinical staff.
• Follows established QC Kinetix policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and/or infection control standards.
• Performs up to 5 bone marrow procedures per month.
• Trains clinic providers to perform bone marrow procedures.
• Uses their license to order medical supplies as needed.
• Performs misc. job-related duties as assigned.

Details and compensation:

• Availability 1-2 days per month in clinic on Tuesdays required
• Mandatory attendance of 2 day training held in Charlotte, NC. Flight/loding arranged and paid for by QC Kinetix. Compensation for training attendance provided upon completion.
• $2,500 per month base pay
• Additional bonus
