National labs’ analytical technology consists of Sciex LCMS analyzers, Thermo Fisher Chemistry Analyzers, Beckman Coulter Chemistry Analyzer, Hamilton liquid-handling robotics, and SPE Manifold.

Much of our work is done during day shifts Monday through Friday with comparatively few weekend shifts, however some flexibility is a plus. We are conveniently located in Hayward California just north of Silicon Valley and just south of Oakland, and just east of San Francisco.

Principal Job Duties:

• Perform and monitor laboratory toxicology testing
• Operate and maintain low to modernity complexity system(s)
• Monitor and maintain standard logs and ongoing quality assurance and control quality (QA/QC)
• Instrumentation maintenance

Qualifications:

• Current California MLT credential
• Minimum 1-year laboratory experience
• Knowledgeable of computer application and data analysis skills
• Capable of preforming physical requirements based on the position
• Capable of operating Toxicology based lab equipment, perform maintenance, and troubleshooting systems
• Proficient in data documentation and organization
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities
• Capable of performing chemical preparations and familiarity with common lab equipment,
• Strong adherence to quality assurance and compliance regulations,

Candidates with higher or equivalent toxicology laboratory experience are ideal and will qualify for an adjusted pay scale. Preference will be given to experienced candidates or with lead MLT experience.

Pay: $36.00 - $50.00 per hour
