Stride Physical Therapy is a newly opened Private Practice Physical Therapy clinic located in Saint George, UT seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to help us hit the ground running! This position will be enjoyable to a person who likes working with people, demonstrates high attention to detail, and can effectively manage a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to patient interaction and scheduling, taking phone calls, checking insurance benefits and performing miscellaneous tasks given from management. We are excited to bring on the right person who can grow with us! Medical reception and billing experience are preferred.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcome and greet patients and visitors in a positive, professional manner.
  • Check patients in and out; Schedule follow up appointments.
  • Answer phone calls promptly.
  • Inform patients of insurance coverage.
  • Collect patient payments.
  • Scan information into patient chart daily.
  • Ensure that patient waiting room and treatment areas are cleaned and organized throughout the day.
  • Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.

  • Balance petty cash and cash ledger and prepare envelope for billing deposit.
  • Ensure proper insurance authorizations are in place

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
