Mold Polisher (ISO 9001)

Cavaform International, LLC is immediately hiring an experienced Mold Polisher.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in tight-tolerance plastic injection mold manufacturing.

Qualifications/Skills:

· 5 years-experience with plastic injection mold polishing work, in a machine shop preferable.

· Must be able to read a blueprint and us MIC’s and inspection equipment.

· Must be able to hold close tolerances in ID & OD polishing jobs

· Must have good references

· At a minimum, a High School diploma or GED EQUIVALENT

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Must be able to sit for extended periods of time easily and comfortably

· Must be able to work 50 hours per week

· Completion of all required documentation (SPC, time records, log books, travelers, process updates, discrepant part tags)

· Ability to identify product with non-conformance

· Must have basic blue print reading capabilities

· Prep and mask components as well as sand blast to meet blue print specifications

· Prep components for diamond application

· Capable of using inspection equipment

· Keep supervisor aware of any condition that may affect the efficiency, quality, or completion of jobs

· Communicate with personnel from other shifts involved in the operation of the machine.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $26.00 per hour
