We are looking for a Mowing Crew Member to join our dynamic team! Candidates should have experience in mowing and using hand held tools, as well as align with our Core Values: Team First, Motivated to Move Forward, & Own Your Role.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide lawn care such as: mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing debris off hard surfaces.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to life 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Possess the ability to work in any weather condition and work consistently long days in a physically demanding environment.
• Must be available to work days and occasionally some weekends if needed.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Follow direction from the mowing foreman and department manager.
• Good listening skills, and positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate with the department manager and foreman on any property damage and following the correct protocol.
• Reporting damage to equipment using our CRM program.
• A strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
• A CDL is not required but a plus.

• Personal Time Off: 16 hours paid - After 90 Days

Compensation: $14-$16/hour
