- You have at least 1 year of Home Care / Healthcare Experience? (Preferred)
- You have at least 1 year of Staffing Experience or Managing Multiple Projects and Schedules in a Healthcare environment?
- You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling programs, & telephone systems? ClearCare Scheduling Experience is a Plus!
- You can effectively prioritize work & have great organizational skills?
- You are outgoing, professional, & pay close attention to details?
- You have a valid D.L., personal vehicle with insurance, & can reliably commute to this job’s location?
- You are fully vaccinated against covid-19?

Your Pay: ($20.54 - $28.76 / hour) based on Experience, Skills, Licensure, etc.
Your Schedule: 8:30am – 5pm, Monday – Friday

Your Responsibilities!
- Schedule skilled and infusion nursing cases with appropriate staff, demonstrating empathy and understanding of the needs of the clients and the needs/abilities of the nursing staff. Take all steps necessary to produce a complete and effective schedule. Ensuring all follow through calls necessary to produce an effective, smooth flowing schedule.
- Investigate problems, irregularities, policy violations and other reportable events and implement the appropriate corrective action and follow-up.
- Participate in the referral/intake process for clients needing Skilled Nursing and Home Care services.
- Participate in after hours and weekends on call duties, which may involve the initial visit to a client, completing all required paperwork, implementing care, and reviewing and revising the plan of care as needed.
- Work closely with office staff to promote inter-agency and intra-agency communication to assure appropriate client care.
- Keep client files in compliance, print and file Care Plan Acknowledgments and file client related documents to ensure compliance with record requirements as per policy manual.
