Coastal Dealerships is looking to hire an experienced Deal Accountant to join our team. This position is an important part of our accounting department and will work full-time, on site.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Review and break down vehicle deals for accuracy and missing documents
• Stocking in and maintaining vehicle inventory schedule(s)
• Process deal paperwork to send to financial institutions
• Handle trade payoffs
• Close and post deals from Finance Department
• Maintain accurate record-keeping and logs
• Other accounting team duties as assigned by the Office Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dealership experience is required, at least 1 year
• CVR certified, preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong problem-solving skills

COMPENSATION:

This hourly position pays between $22-$24 an hour based on experience
