Job Position: OFFICE MANAGER
BRAVO YACHT SERVICES is a marine services company based in Fort Lauderdale, US. We are constantly increasing operations and our presence in the yachting industry.
Our offer of services goes from maintenance and repairs on marine electronics, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical equipment on luxury vessels to vessel management, and sales of equipment and products for vessels.
This is a full time job.
1. Job Position: Office Manager.
2. Reporting to CFO, and in constant coordination and support to CEO, Operations and Sales.
3. Effective date: May 2023.
4. Duration of contract: To be determined
5. Location: 2945 W State Road 84, Bay 10-N (North). Billfish Complex, Marina Mile. Fort Lauderdale. FL 33312-4867. Physical presence at the Company’s offices is required.
6. Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
7. Compensation:
a. Annual salary in the range $50000 – 70000 on W2, according to final evaluation.
b. Profit Sharing Plan offered by the Company, depending on evaluation results.
c. Other benefits:
i. Health insurance.
ii. Vacation:
1. After Year 1 … 7 business days
2. After Year 2 to 4 years … 10 business days
3. After Year 5 and up … 20 business days
iii. Holidays: 6 paid holidays.
iv. Paid time off: 3 sick days.
8. Expenses:
a. Cell phone allowance: $40 per month
b. Car allowance: $0.50/mile (mobilization for specific assigned tasks).
9. Duties and Responsibilities:
Efficiently run and oversees all day-to-day business operations of the company. Communicating with department leaders, relaying important information or policy changes from upper management and implementing incentives to enhance employee productivity.
a. Control:
i. Time keeping and daily reports collection, cost and progress control.
ii. Weekly reports.
iii. 360 degrees data analysis to constantly control costs.
b. Administration:
i. QuickBooks or similar ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). Handle and master the software system that will help Management to run the entire business, supporting automation and processes in finance, human resources, operations and technical services, procurement and supply chain, and other services or contracts, internal or external. Must be an expert.
ii. Method (linked to QuickBooks) or similar CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Handle and master the software that will support Sales and Operations to manage customer data, work orders, sales orders, tasks, purchasing etc. Must be an expert.
iii. Make sure all processes are integrated into the ERP system. The system must keep records of the organization. Must be an expert.
iv. Invoicing, Accounts Receivable and Collections, Expenses, Accounts Payable, Petty cash. Full experience.
v. Banking, insurance, lease contracts, equipment rental, phones.
vi. IT and digital repository.
vii. Monthly accounting balances coordination with CFO and external accounting firm. Audits when required by CFO.
viii. Coordinate with external accounting and law firms in order to comply with corresponding tax and labor laws.
ix. Watch over and schedule payments for all operations tax, duties and tributes. As well as renewals for licenses and permits.
x. Follow up infrastructure necessities
c. Human Resources:
i. Handle processes related to Human Resources such as selection, evaluation, rotation, promotions, relations, and documents. Coordination with corresponding area.
ii. Workers compensation insurance and related.
iii. Vacation control, time off, sick days. Scheduling vacation program.
iv. Consult and monitor labor laws to apply in every necessary aspect of company activities.
v. Coordinate with Operations to watch over safety necessities of all areas and specifically technical services offered.
d. Logistics and Procurement:
i. Inventory control of tools, materials, consumables and instruments.
ii. Inventory control for parts and products.
iii. Supply chain and order processing.
iv. Dealership contracts, budgets, pricing, discounts, payment control, renewals.
10. Payment: Bi-weekly.
After each 2 week period, payday is on the immediate next Wednesday, with Sunday as closing day each week.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
