Job Title: Office Manager Reports To: General Manager
Position Summary:
The Office Manager will support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising office staff. This position will oversee the communication between the company and customers, working regularly with customer A/P and vendor A/R. Interoffice memos/communications will be this person’s responsibility. Has occasional contact with regulatory agencies and personnel. Works regularly with highly confidential business and customer information.
Areas of Responsibility to Include (but not limited to):
· Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures
o Preparing and processing payroll
o Controlling internal and external correspondence
o Managing filing systems both digital and physical
o Reviewing supply requisitions
o Performing clerical functions
o Working with company ERP for tracking operational data
· Maintaining historical reference by designing procedures for document retention, protection, retrieval, and transfer
· Working with General Manager for design and implementation of office policies, standards, and procedures
· Holding team members accountable for completing tasks as assigned or required
· Makes internal memos and/or announcements
· Assists in the hiring, training, disciplining, and firing of employees
· Maintains employee related documents and reporting
· Handles package shipping and receiving
Needed Skills/Qualifications:
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Self-starter and solid work ethic
· Ability to multi-task
· Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
· Minimum 2 years work experience
· Proficient knowledge of
o Microsoft Office
o Accounting
o QuickBooks
· Preferred Associates Degree in Accounting or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (Preferred)
