Job description
We are looking for an energetic operations manager to join our team.
Managerial Experience IS Required.
Medical Experience is NOT Required.
  • The Operations Manager is responsible for working with all physicians and leaders to oversee the clinical and administrative aspects of the practice(s), including practice profitability, revenue goals, and ensuring that all operations are running at full performance.
  • Handle work scheduling using our software for current staff members and onboarding of new staff members.
  • Directs operations; recommends and implements changes.
  • Ensures that the highest quality of care is delivered by the practice.
  • Audits of departments to ensure all are operating in compliance.
  • Creates a positive and productive work environment to attract and retain staff, providers, and patients.
  • Ensure physicians, managers, and staff are following office protocols and guidelines.
  • Attends all meetings, including vendors and staff.
  • Filling out weekly reports to ensure the office is flowing smoothly.
  • Work with the department head and managers to correct any deficiencies that are noted.
  • Conflict resolution with patients or staff when necessary.
  • Close eye on patient flow to ensure the patient experience is unparalleled.
  • Performance evaluations of current staff, hiring, termination, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional capacity for managing and leading people.
  • Team builder who has experience in scaling up organizations.
  • Strong problem-solving and project-management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, anticipate future consequences/trends and incorporate them into the organizational plan.
  • Ability to develop and facilitate presentations, workshops, and seminars.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent writing skills.
