Janitorial Operations Manager Hours: Monday- Friday 8 AM - 5 PM but must be flexible to work outside these hours as needed Location: Winston-Salem, NC What You’ll Be Doing: • The Operations Manager interviews hire and train new employees.

• Resolves and responds to employee and customer issues. • Assigns tasks to workers and completes site inspections • Oversees Safety training and adherence to safety policies • Purchases, issues, and orders necessary supplies and equipment and ensures that all equipment is in good operating condition. • Reviews employee’s time daily • Performs the duties of workers they supervise if needed. • Responsible for site inspections and communication with customers and updated monthly reports on the condition of the building or work in progress.

What We’re Looking for: • At least 2 years of Management experience • Bachelors degree preferred • A driver’s license is required.
