An Operations Processor role is available with a company in the Service industry. The ideal candidate would be creative and talented and if interested, should apply via Robert Half. This long-term contract / temporary to hire employment opportunity is based in the Schenectady, New York area. Are you detail-oriented and deadline-driven? If so, then this is the Operations Processor role for you. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

What you get to do every day
Receive and distribute phone calls; take messages as necessary
Greet showroom customers
Coordinate showroom customer/salesperson meetings
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Invoicing/Billing
Provide support for salespeople in way of sending faxes, emails, calling customers about product arrival, etc
Assisting with Social Media campaign management

Associates or Bachelors in Business
3-5 years of General office experience
Great customer facing skills
