Position Title: Wealth Management Group Operations Specialist

Reports To: Wealth Management Group Officer

Classification: Non-Exempt

Scope:

The Wealth Management Group Operations Specialist reports directly to the Wealth

Management Group Officer and is responsible for assisting WMG Officers in management of client relationships and maintaining client account files and relationship in conformity with bank policy and regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties:

• Enter trades, process invoices and other transactions for department and client accounts.
• Reconcile statements, department cash, assets and accounts.

Education and Special Requirements:

• Four-year degree in business or related field OR with two to three years of related experience.
• This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment. This includes communications skills, computer skills such as, but not limited to Word and Excel as well as utilization of typical office equipment.
