Optometric Technician/Front desk/Insurance. We are growing and looking for someone full time to join our amazing team! We are an expanding multi-office Optometry practice looking for someone that is customer service oriented, dependable, and ready to learn all about what we do. Looking to fill full time positions in Plano, Mckinney, Dallas, Highland Village, Lewisville, Denton, Prosper and our newest locations in The Colony and Dallas opening soon.

We are seeking a friendly front desk receptionist/medical assistant to join our team on a full-time basis (must have weekend availability). Excellent customer service and communication/phone skills a must!

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent at minimum Punctual and reliable Customer service and/or secretarial experience required Optical or optometric experience a BIG plus Must be available to work weekends Must have great phone skills and have ability to multi-task

Tasks Include:

• Answering and returning phone calls Scheduling patient appointments Verifying vision and health insurance and collecting co-pays Performing secretarial tasks and assisting at front desk Preparing exam rooms and patients for examination Collecting basic medical information and performing preliminary testing

Willing to train suitable and motivated candidate!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
