Manufacturing Company is seeking a motivated individual with experience in Outside Sales to join its growing team. We are in search of an Outside Sales Representative who shares in our passion for providing customers with high quality products, and unmatched customer service. This individual will be a vital part in driving growth of our exciting product range. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who possesses strong decision-making skills, is a strategic thinker, and is highly self-motivated. The ideal candidate should reside in the Greater Houston area and will oversee the entire U.S. domestic market with the purpose of generating new business and cultivating existing relationships. The role will include approximately 50% travel with a regular schedule of one week travel followed by a week of in-office and work from home. The non-travel week will include every Friday off.

The successful candidate will:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product and pricing structure
  • Manage prospects and acquire new business
  • Schedule and document outside sales activities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and follow-up with key decision makers
  • Drive sales and relationships with our manufacture’s reps across the US, and train and motivate them in their sales efforts
  • Recognize customer needs and propose appropriate service solutions
  • Complete required customer service agreements and other required documentation in a timely manner
  • Meet regularly with the Managing Partner to review sales activities, progress, and status of potential customers
  • Promote Stark at industry events and trade shows
  • Country-wide travel required by plane and vehicle
  • Work as part of an extended sales team including other Sales Team members and our third-party sales representatives
  • Other duties as assigned
